This year we have had 5 new members join and are hoping
to encourage a couple more into the fold.

May 2004

Downhills Bowls club - Closure
We have heard from Downhills Bowl club that they have had to close due to falling membership and rising costs.  Downhills Bowls club had been playing for 99 years

February 2005

This month we lost one of our long serving bowlser and presidents wife, Daphne Ridler.  Our thoughts and best wishes go out to Len , their son Mark and his Family

We would like to thank Len and his family for the donation of a new trophy in memory of Daphne. We are planning to arrange a new Ladies competition.

April 2005

We welcome 9 new bowlers to the club this season, ranging from 10 to 78 years of age.  Best wishes to them for the coming season and hope to see them on the green.

As this year we share our 80th birthday with 5 local clubs, we are hoping to arrange a big celebration.  Details of arrangements are to follow.

April 2006

Congratulations goes to Mr Rob Ansell, who has succeeded Mr John Wood as North London Thursdays Bowling Association President this Year.
